Professional Presentation Producer Consultation
Our Rich Media Presentation Producer will review your website and make recommendations as to presentation design, style and placement on your website as well as consult with you on the presentation content, objectives and your target market.
Custom Presentation Design to integrate with and compliment your web site
Our Presentation Producer, Art Director and Flash Designer will create the design style for your presentation based on the recommendations from your Producer Consultation.
Presentation Length
The length of your presentation is determined by several things: 1. What you want and need to say about your product or service; 2. How easy or complex your product or service is to describe; and, 3. Your presentation budget.
Image Transitions
Each image or video in the presentation and the transition from one to the next is considered an "image transition".It is important to have different and suitable images to attractively and appropriately communicate your message. A great deal of time is spent by our Presentation Producer in selecting the right images for your presentation.
Professionally written script
The right words, the right timing, the right emphasis – our professional marketing writers specialize in these and other elements (including writing appropriately for the spoken language – which is different from written language) so that your message comes through loud and clear with impact. Our script writing also includes all visual direction for what will appear in your presentation including various animation effects, image and video content. The script is sent to you for review & approval before presentation production begins.
Professional Voice Actor
Our professional voice actors record your script with high-grade studio voice recording equipment and editing tools ensuring the delivery of your marketing message in a professional and appropriate tone. Our presentation producer directs and supervises the recording of your presentation script.
Voice Editing & Mixing
Most recording sessions require approximately 15 - 30 minutes for each finished minute of final sound that you hear in a presentation. The multiple takes (and outtakes) are then edited and mixed into the final voice recording you ultimately hear in your presentation.
Royalty Free Music
Music goes a long way toward holding the attention of presentation viewers. This is particularly so with longer presentations (over 90 seconds). Music can also add impact and emotion to your message creating the mood you want for your presentation viewers. Our extensive royalty-free music libraries and resources contain the right music that will appropriately compliment your presentation message.
Music Editing & Mixing
The selected music is reviewed along side your presentation and then edited and remixed as needed to ensure it is the right length, fades in and out at the right points and has it’s ups, downs, and accents timed properly to enhance your presentation.
Advanced Image Animation
Images are edited and animated by the Flash programmers to display all manner of special effects such as sliding, breaking up, folding, etc. Please note however that we do not “over animate”. Just because an effect can be created doesn’t mean that it should be created. All animations are strictly monitored by the Presentation Producer to ensure that they enhance your message and do not detract from it.
Advanced Text Animation
Text from the script visual direction notes is added to the presentation and animated with motion, background shapes, colors, etc. to bring your message to life.
Flash® Programming
This is the heart of the presentation animation process and is the primary tool used in the physical creation of your presentation. All design elements are brought into Flash® and programmed to display according the script and Flash Designer’s direction.
Basic & Advanced Presentation Player Controls
If a viewer needs to pause your presentation or replay it for some reason, player controls make this easier. Advanced Player Controls also enable your viewers to rewind and fast-forward the presentation as well as adjust the volume giving them total control.
This is particularly useful for longer presentations.
Voice & Music Final Mix
The final voice edit and final music edit are mixed together so that the voice and music are all playing at the right times, at the right volume settings, etc.
Voice & Music Synchronization
with the final sound edit produced, the Flash programmer takes the mix and incorporates it into the presentation syncing it with the visual elements, transitions and animations.
Presentation Review & Adjustment
When the first draft of the presentation is completed (or first few scenes for longer presentations) it is sent to you for review and approval before final production.
Presentation Final Production including preparation of presentation for web display
The presentation programming is completed, player controls integrated if any, and it is prepared for deployment on the web.
